Hot Glass on Tap: Oktobeerfest patrons in Kalamazoo this weekend will be treated to delicious craft beers by local Michigan brewers Final Gravity Brewing and wonderful German food provided by Chau Haus Schnitzel Station.
The event will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Glass Art Kalamazoo Gallery and Studio, 326 W. Kalamazoo Ave. Tickets are $40 and you must be 21 or older to purchase a ticket.
Dan McAllister, one of the event coordinators, said all of the proceeds from the event will go toward local school art programs, scholarships for up and coming artists and senior citizens.
As for the event itself, “One $40 ticket includes entrance to the event, your very own handmade tumbler that is yours to keep after the event is finished, and the ability to try a variety of craft beers and German cuisine,” McAllister said.
